1. Bookings and Payments
Reservation process: Bookings can be made by contacting us.
Payment terms: Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers. We do not store card details.
Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Guest cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds depend on notice period and booking type.
Property cancellations: In rare cases, Ninada Jala may cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Guests will receive a full refund or alternative dates.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Conduct: Guests must respect the retreat environment, staff, and fellow visitors.
Health and safety: Guests are responsible for their own health and travel insurance.
Pets: Only estate‑approved rescue dogs reside at GlenMyu Estate; guest pets are not permitted.
4. Property Rights
Intellectual property: All content, images, and branding on the website are owned by Ninada Jala and may not be reproduced without permission.
Website use: Guests may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt services.
5. Liability
Limitation of liability: Ninada Jala is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by proven negligence.
Third‑party services: We are not responsible for external links or services booked independently.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law
